This is one of our favorites when there are fresh strawberries available.

Tiramisu' alle fragole


500 gr of mascarpone
200 ml cream
150 gr sugar
500 gr strawberries washed and cut in half
a pack of savoiardi
2 cups of coffee
a glass bakingdish

First you mix the mascarpone with the cream and the sugar untill smooth.
Then you dip the savoiardi one at the time in the coffee and make a layer in the bakingdish.
When you have one layer finished cover them with a thin layer of the mascarpone mixture.
Then you lay another layer of savoiardi dipped in coffee, then mascarpone mixture and on till the mascarpone mixture is finished.
The final layer should be of the mascarpone mixture. Then you spread the strawberries over the top and you put the dish in the fridge for about 6 hours. I normally take it out of the fridge half an hour before serving.
